To reserve a puppy from Storm Cloud Doberman Kennel, we require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures your place on our waiting list and guarantees that a puppy will be held for you.
 
Details:

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another litter.

• The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup.

• Puppies must be picked up by the agreed date; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and the puppy will be offered to the next family on the waitlist.

• If, for any reason, we are unable to provide you with a puppy (such as in the event of an unexpected litter size), your deposit will either be refunded or applied to the next available litter — at our discretion.
